20-note Organ Music Roll Dimensions

Wallace Venable wrote, "Höffle uses a non-standard spacing for his
own 20-note roll."  That is not true -- Walter uses the 3.86 mm
distance (see page 30 of his book), which is the most common (usable)
distance (see the discussion of Harald Mueller).

However, in the appendix of the book, I wrote of an alternative
distance for people who have problems to make a distance of 3.86 mm
by using the non-used space and want to make their own music rolls.
The whole tracker bar is then less critical to make.
