Free to good home: 1922 Story and Clark, serial number 87028. I got
this player about five years ago and just never got around to restoring
it (too many other projects).
The piano is in all original condition. It has not been touched.
Everything is there, no missing parts. The player action appears to be
in very good shape, no obvious issues. The piano has the normal wear
and tear that you would expect: n tracker bar tubing, the case needs to
be refinished, there is a crack at the base close to the foot pedals,
and it needs new ivories.
The piano action has surprisingly little wear and is in very good
shape, although the hammers do show some wear. It has a very nice
tone. There are no major issues with the piano: the sounding board has
no cracks, no water damage, etc. Nobody has tried to do any "repairs"
on it; so it will likely be a fun and hassle-free project.
Also included are several dozen 88-note roles. The rolls are all
originals; so the condition of most of the rolls is unknown.

The piano is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There are relatively
few players in the Southwest. My understanding is that the piano has
been in the dry climate of New Mexico for the last thirty-fifty years.
The previous owner purchased it from a family that had owned it for at
least that long.
I am hoping someone in the MMD community will be interested in taking
this piano on as a project. Email me at babylon@swcp.com.geentroep
(deleting .geentroep) with any questions or to arrange for pick-up.
If I don't get any responses, then sadly it goes on Craigslist.
