I have a client with a Mansfield upright player piano, serial no.
12834, circa 1917. The pinblock needs to be replaced, otherwise all
is in original condition. Most or all parts of the player mechanism
seem to be present. There is no name on the player, only patent
numbers on the plate in the scroll box.
Mansfield apparently is a small manufacturer. The player stack has
lead tubing, some cloth-covered rubber hose, and a burgundy finish
rather than ebony. In Michigan. Any interest let me know.
