By gollies, it _is_ that Dana Dolfi, a.k.a. "Captain Chaos", of the
sternwheeler "Chaos."  Dana and I used to race against each other on
home-built paddlewheel boats, and we both have waterfront estates on
the Monongahela River, but I didn't know he had gone to this extreme.

Dana can now top Nelson Jones as a persona-non-grata from Pittsburgh
to New Orleans.  :^)
