Seek Player Piano Market Data
By Nick Seaver

Here's a question for the history buffs. I'm trying to find data about
the market penetration of player pianos in the early 20th century,
something like "__ percent of American households had a player piano
in 19__."

I've been able to find production numbers for both players and straight
pianos in the time period, but I'm beginning to wonder whether there is
even any reliable data for this topic.

Thanks,
Nick Seaver
