Promoting the Craft & Bringing In Youth
By Paul Brennan

Regarding Bob Taylor's posting. I have restored two player pianos to
full working order, restored the cabinets, then donated each of them
(with a few rolls) to our two local schools.

It's a relatively expensive process for me but I'm hoping that by doing
so the children who attend these schools may develop a curiosity and
perhaps aspire to acquire their own, or restore a player someday. Plus,
nothing looks nicer or sounds as good as an antique acoustic player
piano on a school hall stage. That gives me great pleasure!

Regards,
Paul Brennan
