I want to thank everyone for the responses to my key-dip question on
a 1917 Steinway.  I received a number of direct e-mails in addition
to the posts on MMDigest.

Also, I really appreciate sign-offs like Bill Chapman's -- "in sunny
La Quinta, Calif., 83 deg. F. today."  It adds a touch of charm and
I always appreciate where the messages are coming from.  I would like
to promote a sign-off with name and location as standard procedure
on MMD.  Even if you think everyone surely knows you by now, the newer
subscribers will appreciate the extra information.
