Hello All,  I am looking for someone familiar with the Baldwin
ConcertMaster player system.  I have a customer who has one and
the remote doesn't seem to be connecting to the front end.

Do any of you know someone who fixes these or could walk me through
it?  I have background in computers and electronics and I think it
is a problem with the processor in the remote itself.
