I have a vinyl record, originally from Mekanisk Musik Museum, that
I purchased at a market in Berlin in 2009, called "Ragtime Cabaret".
On the back it tells the story of a Wurlitzer PianOrchestra Style 34A
that was renovated by Terry Hathaway, and which is featured on the
record. In addition to this story, the following information is
included:
Production: Claes O. Friberg and Q. David Bowers
Recording: Corky Griffin
Supervision: Terry Hathaway
Cover Illustration: Rob & Carol
Layout: Lorraine Gillman
Issued by the Mekanisk Musik Museum / Copenhagen, Denmark
MMM Records, LP-203, Stereo
The recording was issued jointly by Mekanisk Musik Museum, Vesterbrogade
150, Copenhagen, Denmark, and American International Galleries, Inc.,
1802 Kettering Street, Irvine, California 92714.
I don't know if this information is of any use for you, but I thought
I'd post it just in case. :-)

[ Terry Hathaway wrote about the acquisition of this instrument in 1969:
[ "Then, one morning, as I was sitting in my office at Hathaway &
[ Bowers, Inc., Dave Bowers walked in with a big smile on his face.
[ He tossed two black and white photographs on my desk, saying,
[ 'Mr. DeRoy found this.'" The whole story is at
