To all concerned about QRS rolls:  In reference to John Tuttle's
article about QRS roll availability, I suggest one go to the QRS web
site http://www.qrsmusic.com/ and look at the current inventory.  It
is very easy to find by simply clicking on 'music' in the navigation
bar at the top.

When I checked a few minutes ago, 1793 was the number of different
titles currently available.  There is no indication of how many of each
of those titles are on hand.  This inventory number is updated after
every order is filled if any one of the titles is exhausted by the
order.  You can also access how many titles are available under each
category of music listed and there is also an expanded description of
each roll.

This past summer I placed a rather large order of several hundred rolls
for a customer and every roll ordered was sent because I only drew from
the web listed titles.  I did not exhaust one title with that order.
I was told by a nice lady at QRS that before the machine was shut down
about three years estimated need for rolls was cut so as to give time
for the machine to get set up and started again in its new location.
