Does anybody know where Ray Siou is today or how he is? Ray always
said that nobody would ever sell rolls as cheaply as he was selling
them and that you should buy all the rolls you can while he has them,
because you can't take your money to the grave.
He was certainly right on the first statement, because rolls that he
was selling for $15 each (or less to some customers) now go for upwards
of $50, if you can get them at all. Plus, every dozen-roll shipment
from Ray contained some surprise gifts that he had gotten at Post
Office sales of unclaimed merchandise.
Good old Ray, one of a kind! And maybe that's good.

P.S.: I have been asked how to pronounce "Irondequoit." It's
ear-RON-dih-quoit.
