It is with some regret that I am offering my Steinway OR Duo-Art up
for cash sale or preferably a trade plus cash.  The piano is featured
in Bowers' Encyclopedia on page 306.

The piano was recently inspected and tuned by Del Fandrich who was
quite satisfied with the quality of the restoration.  Both piano and
Duo-Art mechanism are in excellent restored condition.  My asking price
for a cash-only offer is $25,000.  This piano is a true showpiece.

I have a son who plays and I would like a good restored American piano
of similar length, from the 1920's through the 40s, like another
Steinway, Knabe, Weber, etc.  If you have a good quality restored
Duo-Art of any brand, I'm also interested.  The amount of cash would
depend on what kind of instrument you have to offer.  I have photos and
can make sound recordings and/or video if interested.
