"Mazeppa, Grand Galop de Concert" by Wollenhaupt
By Martin Anderson
I have a roll for my Aeolian Orchestrelle (#20180), entitled
"Mazeppa. Grand Galop de Concert", by Wollenhaupt.
I am curious about the name "Mazeppa". I cannot find a definition of
this word. Any comments would be appreciated. I have looked online at
the free dictionary, and have also "Googled" this word. An abundance
of information, but no definition.
