The roll drive motor, not original to this instrument, was made by the
Auto-Pneumatic Action Co., of New York City. It was probably installed
as a working motor to replace the original one in need of rebuilding.
Aeolian made at least six different styles of wind motors, but this
isn't one of them.
The "pump" appears to be either an old vacuum cleaner or something out
of one. I'd be extremely cautious about buying a piano like this.
Whoever worked on it must have had neither skill nor patience and most
likely took other shortcuts as well. By all indications, a real
"barnyard cobbler"!
