Pump Organ Restoration Questions

I am restoring a Mason and Hamlin organ and have two questions:

1. Apparently the rubberized cloth to renew the bellows comes from
Australia, but I am having great difficulty locating the source and the
exact name of the rubber sheeting.

2. What strapping do I use to connect the pedals to the bellows?
