Seek Pedal Lyre Support Rods for Knabe Ampico
By Andy Ott

In assembling my 5'8" Knabe Ampico, I find that I do not have the two
rods that support the pedal lyre (or cannot locate, and don't recall
ever having them). The rods go diagonally from the base of the pedal
lyre to wooden sockets on the bottom of the piano base structure.

If anyone has these on their piano, could I possibly get a sketch and
enough dimensions to have a machinist make me a set? How are they
attached, and how are the adjusted? Are they the same? One looks
like it might be longer than the other.

Of course, if anyone has a set in their junk box, I would be interested
in "doing a deal." Thanks.
