FS: Miner Calliope With Model T Ford
By Patricia Johnson

A good home is sought for a beautiful calliope car. The car is a 1915
Model T Ford with a built-in calliope, built by Dave Miner, then the
owner of Miner Manufacturing in Iowa. (He has recently passed away
and turned over the company to a coworker.)

The car is totally restored and the running gear has been totally
rebuilt. There is a Warford auxiliary transmission, Rocky Mountain
brakes, new wooden wheels and new tires. It has a new brass radiator
and a dashboard made of pure cherry wood. It is a real show stopper
and crowd-pleaser at parades and festivals. The calliope can be
played manually or automatically with music rolls and compressed air.

It is on sale for $30,000 and has been used in only one parade and one
Model T Ford tour. The owner passed away shortly after having the car
built. There is also a custom built trailer to haul the car for $4000.
Photos available on request.
