Seek Beaters and Drums for Band Organ
By Burl Updyke

Hello group: I am building a MIDI version of a Wurlitzer 104/105.
After a year and a half, it has reached the point where the organ is
playing using the melody stopped flutes, the stopped accompaniment,
the stopped bass and the piccolos. The trumpets are built but some
have slow speech, so they have to be re-voiced.

Anyway, I am starting to think about the drums. Can anybody help
with ideas about where to find suitable drums at a reasonable price,
and ideas for building a solenoid activated drum beater? Any ideas
will be appreciated. Happy Easter to all.
