Sierra Music Rolls is now offering roll end tabs and D-rings for sale.
The tabs are identical to those previously supplied by Player Piano
Company (except they don't have the setoff from adjacent sheets that
caused about 25% of their tabs to be unusable).

The D-rings are stainless steel, rather than the brass ones PPCo
supplied.  The tabs are sold by the sheet of 12, including the D-rings.
