Hi, As mentioned yesterday, Jack Breen has been working away
selflessly for many years on this Violano rollography project.
It isn't too often that we run across someone who is working on
a task that primarily benefits one group of collectors but also
has value to everyone who has an interest in mechanical music.
I have only a few rolls, but a couple years ago I went through my
rolls and found a two or three that Jack didn't have. Jack scanned
not only the label but also the roll itself into the data base.
So please realize that you also might have a roll or two that fills
a remaining gap in the listing. It's easy to think that someone else
will help and use that as an excuse for not helping yourself. Take a
few minutes to check the list of missing rolls against whatever rolls
you have on your shelves. It's easy -- they're already in numerical
order. Jack is building a useful resource that we all might use
someday -- give him a hand.
Regards,

Here's the list again so you don't even have to search around for the
old e-mail.
