  "I have been collecting player piano paperwork for many years and
  I think I have what you are looking for: "How to test and Regulate
  the Welte Mignon Reproducing Action" ca. 1924 by the Auto Pneumatic
  Action Co.  It is not for sale, but, I will copy parts of it for you.
  I will need to know what kind of piano you are restoring as this
  book has many pages and would take a lot of time to scan and send."
