Supplies for Rebuilding a Player Piano
By Bob Stewart

Now that Player Piano Company (PPCo) is gone, where do we get
rebuilding supplies? I know Schaff has a few things but I'm thinking
of the more specialized stuff like pre-cut gaskets, etc. Even
something as simple as 1/2-inch tubing gets to be an issue -- Schaff
has it only in wrapped hose, Organ Supply only goes to 15/32-inch.

Life just got more complex for our hobby. I hope someone buys PPCo,
and soon! Maybe we need to start a list of who makes and sells what.

Bob Stewart

[ The estate lawyers ordered PPCo to close but nothing more has been
[ heard. It seems likely the property will be sold and the remaining
[ stock of goods will be sold separately. Maybe the famous name will
[ be sold, too! -- Robbie
