Hi there,  I wrote before Christmas to ask if anyone knew anything
about the piano rolls that pianist Carl Reinecke made for Hupfeld.
I've not heard anything yet but I just read a posting from 1998
by Julian Dyer about Reinecke's Aeolian Autograph-Metrostyle rolls:

Does anyone know about these rolls?  I am desperately trying to track
down all the rolls that Reinecke made.  He is an incredibly important
figure, being probably the oldest pianist to have made roll recordings.
His playing preserves a style which is totally lost.  Can anyone help
here?
