Long after most pneumatic players have breathed their last breath, the
only way the incredible performances of the past will be available to
the public will be through the preservation efforts of those who have
archived and converted these performances to modern media and machines.

As I get a chance to work on my piano, I get closer and closer to
realizing the full potential of the LX Player system. The performances
that have been preserved and the quality of the playback are utterly
amazing.

I nominate Wayne Stahnke for inclusion in the MMD Automatic Music Hall
of Fame for his dedication to preserving this music and providing a
means to enjoy it which will endure the passage of time.

The Rachmininoff CD from Ampico piano rolls is reason enough to nominate
Wayne to the Hall of Fame.
