First of all, which type of bellows are you talking about -- large,
medium, or small? The methods for removing fabric varies for each size.
Regardless of which size you are dealing with, be sure to _measure the
span_ of the bellows! Second, I would recommend looking at the book,
"Player Piano Servicing and Rebuilding," by Arthur A. Reblitz.
Also, if indeed you are working on large bellows, try scorching the old
fabric and glue off with a propane torch on the _lowest heat setting._
Be very careful while doing this. The old glue and fabric _should_
char before the wood does, allowing you to scrape it off and then sand
the wood clean. If you are uncomfortable using a propane torch, you
could try the same method as before but with a clothes iron.
