Ivory Transport & CITES Agreement

I'm shocked that customs of any country would do such a thing.
I firmly believe that the ivory trade has always been an evil thing.
However, old ivory, that was long regarded as the premium key material
and harvested when they didn't know better and there weren't so many
endangered species, should be looked after, not burnt out of some
misguided spite.

Talk about closing the barn door after the horse has bolted.
