Ivory Keytops Violate eBay Wildlife Policy
By Paul Brennan

Another example of political correctness gone rampant. Also an example
of ignorance. Your listing must have been reported as a violation to
get removed. That means that the informant is ignorant of old ivory,
as is eBay.

Ivory harvested prior to the international bans (which I agree with)
is exempt from this sort of stupidity. If it were a new piano, I would
say, by all means remove the listing. But your piano is close to 100
years old. Old ivory is a feature that should be mentioned, I would
fight them over this.

Regards,
Paul Brennan
