Along with the bad player pianos that you see on YouTube, there are
some good ones.  There is one video of a person's own player piano
where it actually sounds fairly decent even though it isn't in the
best tune.  However, it is in good enough tune where it is pleasant
to listen to.

One might have to listen to a fair number of bad instruments on
YouTube before they come across a good one.  However, the payoff is
worth it since you can get a very good one on YouTube sometimes and
one can enjoy listening to it again and again.
