It seems that when I posted my announcement of the new podcast
demonstrating the Ampico with orchestra, that the podcast contained
only the extract and not the full version.   I have now uploaded the
correct file.  To the 270 people who listened to the previous truncated
performance, I am deeply sorry.   The whole first movement is now
available.

I should note that this roll was very tricky to keep in time with
the orchestra.  The shorter piano rests were accomplished with blank
paper, so the orchestra had to keep fairly strict tempo in those parts.
A longer rest for the piano required shutting the roll drive off,
and then restarting it on cue from the conductor.  And the ultimate
variable occurred near the end when the paper stalled very briefly
during a fortissimo passage.  Still, the piano and orchestra did
blend well and the audience was appreciative.
