Restoration vs. Conversion
By Aaron Carlson

Hello MMD'rs, I have a friend who has a completely gutted
Seeburg B A-roll piano. The instrument is pristine and he did
a beautiful restoration and refinishing job on it. The piano
itself is a 1916 Edmund Gram.

I asked about purchasing it and putting in a digital player and
he became very upset. He would like to find all the old Seeburg
parts and return it to an A-roll piano.

Would this be doable, or would the cost of finding all the parts
and mechanisms be cost prohibitive?
