I still have a 1983-85 PPCo catalog which lists Wurlitzer valve
blocks. Page 41 shows item 933 shows the "mounting block for
a pair of Wurlitzer valve blocks," price $4.75. This page also has
illustrations showing its use with #702 valve blocks ($5.45) and
#934 lock and cancel valve blocks ($13.95 the pair).
Page 57 shows the Wurlitzer unit valve block #701 "made of wood
like the original," $5.34, and the #702 "(same as No. 701 with extra
instrument hole drilled in front with 1/4" straight nipple inserted),"
$5.45. Also listed were the pouch ring, valve cover and compression
springs. They are also listed in the 1991-1992 catalog and the
1994-1995 catalog.
