I called the business telephone number 1-908-389-1000 and proprietor
Mike Madeira answered immediately. I told him that customers have
reported they're unable to contact him and we discussed what the
problem might be.
Mike said telephone calls are sometimes disconnected when calls to his
shop telephone are transferred to his cell phone. Regarding unanswered
email, Mike thinks the problem is with the spam filters applied by his
web page ISP to <info@leathersupplyhouse.com> as well as at AOL where
all his emails are forwarded.
Mike asks that customers who don't receive a reply to voice messages or
email please send a letter by mail or send a fax message to the fax
number below -- the fax machine is very reliable, he says (plus the
sender gets a little confirmation report that the recipient received
the fax message okay).
