I purchased a 5'-2" Chickering grand with an Ampico A mechanism a few
years ago with high hopes of restoring it.  Alas I have not had the
time to devote to the project and now need the space in our music room.
A family member is having surgery in September and will need to use the
space for her sleeping quarters.  The piano is available in the Baltimore
area at a _very_ reasonable price.  It is in a mahogany finish and is
in overall good condition and does not need refinishing.

The piano mechanism seems to be in good shape with only one sticking key
repair and tuning needed.  The Ampico mechanism seems complete and will
need the normal restoration required for these pieces.  Time is of the
essence as I must move it out of here in order to get the room set up.
