Converting Reed Organ to Play MIDI Files

I, too, have thought about this.  I have an old unit sitting in
storage and was originally considering converting it to a roll-playing
operation, but have also considered MIDI.  This gives me a bit more
inspiration in that direction.  I can't think that it's a "really dumb
idea", especially with all of the other weird things that go on out
there!  Perhaps others have considered this too?
