Seek Key Frame for Book Music Reader

I am looking for a (keyed) key frame to rebuild into an authentic
looking one for a Dutch street organ that plays book music.  Details
are not critical as I will be rebuilding it, but I would prefer
52 keys or more, 3.5 mm key spacing, pressure system, not exhaust,
similar to Gavioli or Mortier.

Almost anything you have would be better than building one from
