Seems like the stack has shifted right or left. Three U-bolts "lock"
the stack in place. Find out which direction the stack has shifted,
loosen the wing nuts, shift the stack back in place and re-tighten
the wing nuts. Sometimes pushrods will play two notes even after
being located in the ideal place.
The best way to solve that problem is to file the wood and trim the
felt at the back of the key that is not supposed to come in contact
with the push rod. Sometimes I have had to "resort to" slightly
bending the pushrod wire so that it travels less straight and more
to the right or left.
