I was going to post something earlier but Todd and some others beat me
to the punch. I have been having trouble ordering from Leather Supply
House since late last year. It seems to take three weeks or more to
get an order from them, and a least a couple of times my orders were
just lost down a black hole. Now, I usually have to call and leave
several messages on the machine before I receive a response to any of
my inquiries.
I am still waiting on an order I placed over two and a half weeks ago.
I talked to Mike about ten days ago and requested that this order be
sent out "Orange Label UPS Service" and I was told that the order would
be sent out on the next day. I am still waiting for it. This is very
distressing. I have been doing business with Leather Supply House for
many years now and have always been satisfied by the quality of the
materials and service.
