In response to Dale Dohler's problem with the Leather Supply House,
I had a similar experience. I placed a phone order in early March,
and after a few weeks and I hadn't received my order, I began calling.
A full answering machine and numerous unreturned calls later, I had
to send a fax message threatening to cancel the order and reverse the
charge.
Mike finally called with an apology and I soon after received my order
(a month after placing it). Apparently they were in the process of
moving to a new building and it hasn't been easy, so orders are getting
delayed or lost. Be persistent and you should get your materials.
