Inventors John Bacigalupi and Louis Bacigalupi, Sr., of Los Angeles,
California, were awarded U.S. Patent 2,122,905 which describes
a coin-operated player accordion, controlled by a perforated paper
music roll and powered by an electric motor which operates the music
roll drive and bellows for pressure and vacuum. Images of the patent,

Co-inventor Louis Bacigalupi, Sr., is almost certainly the proprietor of

The co-inventor named John Bacigalupi in the patent is quite likely
Louis' eldest son, Giovanni (John) Bacigalupo III, born 1895 in Berlin,
who later was proprietor of "Bacigalupo Söhne" of Berlin.
