My post office insisted on inspecting a package of Media Mail which
contained piano rolls. Upon opening it (they thought I was shipping
booze!) they curiously looked at the rolls, did not know what they
were, and concluded that they were made of paper, had words on them
and made music via the holes and concluded that they were some kind
of music book. They scratched their heads and handed the opened mess
to me and said "Fine!"
I wonder what the reaction will be to CDs a hundred years from now.
