Hupfeld Auto Roll Tracker Operating on Re-roll
By Scott Hiler

-- non-subscriber, please reply to sender and MMDigest --

Hello! I am new to this forum and I have a question pertaining to
the Hupfeld "Claviola" player action in my 1926 Roenisch upright piano.
On re-roll the auto tracker is still active and moves the roll back
and forth as the paper contacts the edge sensors.

Is this correct? My other American-made players deactivate the
tracker on re-roll. If this is not correct, what should I look for
to correct it? Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
