"Orchestral Cabinet" by Mechanical Orguinette Co.
By Gregory Filardo

Regarding the Orchestral Cabinet "No. 1", I have one of those which
I acquired in the early 1970s from a Chicago collector, but without
any rolls. About 15 years ago I acquired around 24 rolls for it.

I was aware of possibly two other 31-note instruments surviving.
These were apparently short-lived, as Aeolian moved on to production
of the 750, 850, 950, 1050, 1250, 1450 and 1500 styles utilizing the
46-note scale. For reference I do have examples of all the models
except the style 950.
