Hi MMD & Jim, I bought one of these Dynavoices many years ago and
it sort of still played, but many of the rubber plungers were worn out.
I excitedly went to Carty Player Piano Shop and told Dick Carty of
my great find. His first words were, "It tears up all your rolls on
rewind, doesn't it?" I had to agree as that is what it was doing.
I tried to find replacement rubbers and none were available, and the
cost of making a mold to make new ones was way more than I wanted to
spend. I eventually sold it to someone else and I never did find out
whatever the new owner did with it.
But to sum it up, I agree with Robbie: don't buy it and, instead, find
yourself a very nice player piano. The player piano is a better buy
and you will be more happy with it.
Musically,

Come on down and see some snow!
