Player Piano Painted as Beer Can
By Eric Shoemaker

For the "Funny Coincidence Department": About ten or twelve years
ago I tuned a basement bar game room piano (can't remember the make;
it wasn't a player but a 1910-15 giant upright) that was "Bud-iful"
as weird rumpus room art goes. It looked as though someone had
flattened a giant can of Budweiser and somehow ironed onto the piano.

The piano looked better than it sounded but I made the usual
improvements to get it somewhat musical. When I pulled it out from
the wall to inspect the back posts and soundboard, I couldn't help but
thinking I should have ordered a Bud Lite.

Cheers, may all your rolls track well in the new year!
