I have one mouse on my Santa's Marching Band that isn't working.
I took it apart and found that the little gear isn't spinning with
enough force to make the mouse turn from side to side.  It spins
without the weight of the mouse, but add the mouse and it just
fidgets.  Any suggestions or a place to have it repaired would be
greatly appreciated.
