Hi MMD friends, a short time ago I finished final punching of
J.S. Bach's "Gloria" from Cantata 191. But for it the rough
punching version had to be shortened by some parts of lower quality,
and the musical wound seams at the connecting lines of remaining
parts had to be equalized carefully. I think the result will be
acceptable now. Here you can hear it as an MP3 audio file.
However, for owners of this little music machine it's a greater
satisfaction printing the attached PDF file on suitable stiff paper,
cutting out and connecting the six parts (1.62 m), punching all
nearby 935 holes and finally playing on their own Sankyo manivelle
in individual velocity and perhaps with a ritardando at the end.
The expected "Aaaahs" will compensate you for the inevitable dogs
work of punching.
Additionally, there is another classic sound file: 1st movement
(Allegro) of the 5th Brandenburg Concerto of J.S. Bach. I hope
you'll discover the imbedded harpsichord solo passage. For a short
time a printable pre-punched version (PDF file) of this tune is
available too on individual request to <meyer-georges@web.de.geentroep>
[delete ".geentroep" to reply].
But, sorry, please ignore the noisy background of the audio files.
I'm going to realize new recordings of my pling-plong music shortly.
Up to then I hope you'll enjoy this music, nevertheless!
Kind regards from Palatinate (Germany)
Hans-Martin Meyer-Georges
