Mislabeled QRS Story Roll
By Randolph Herr

Hi Eric: You might have a copy of Die (The) Lorelei, or Die Loreley.
It is an old German legend.

Loreley is also the name of one of the beautiful Rhine Maidens who
lured navigators of this river to their dooms with their alluring
singing, much as the ancient Greek Sirens did. You can read all
about it at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lorelei

I know that Franz Liszt wrote a piece of music about these creatures,
but I am sure that there are other musical settings. Any chance you
might be interested in selling or trading the roll? My favorite roll
error is the Duo-Art "Polonaise in A Flat by Hofmann, played by
Frederic Francois Chopin!"
