Early 88-note Keytop Piano Player
By Roger Waring

On eBay UK: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190163311536

"This is not a conventional Pianola. It is an 88 Note Roll Playing
air driven unit which rests on the keyboard of a normal Piano and
plays it using the air produced by the electrically driven bellows.
It comes complete with the blower unit and is thought to be quite
rare. It is in poor condition with woodworm damage and would need
  restoration."

Has anyone come across one of these contraptions before? It looks
fascinating!
