Welte Philharmonic Organ Pedal Coupler Logic

Hi, Jim, and others interested in the Welte Philharmonic organs and
rolls.  I have never seen any of the organs or the rolls, but here
is how it could work.

Hole #1 switches 32 Great notes to the Pedal and locks on whatever
note or notes should be on.  When hole #1 is released, the relay goes
back to the Great and plays the Great notes.  Hole #2 releases the
Pedal notes at the right time.  Just a guess.
