Hi All, Just wanted to add my name to the list of those who paid
for the DVD as soon as I received the email about said DVD. _But,_
I have one question that to my knowledge hasn't been asked thus far:
How did this company know who to target? It's seems doubtful that
they sent out 3 billion emails in the hopes of catching the attention
of a few hundred enthusiasts.
Admittedly, if you scam 1000 people for $20.00 each, you make $20,000.
But the fact that the company only accepted payment via PayPal puts
them at an extreme disadvantage. And, unless I miss my guess, it looks
like PayPal will eventually refund all the money to those who complain,
even though the 45 day grace period has elapsed.
For your information, I took the time to 'unscramble' the original
email I received about the DVD. (I don't know if I'm the only one who
received the email with a 'strike out' through the complete text of the
email. My email program is set not to read html emails. It converts
them to regular text.) Below is what I received.
Musically,
